About Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS
Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS was established in 2001 and is owned by the Norwegian state through the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (NFD). At the end of 2025, Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS sold Argentum’s asset management operations to EGD Holding AS.
The state’s portfolio through Argentum Fondsinvesteringer will continue to be managed by Argentum Asset management under an agreement with a minimum duration of seven years.
