Argentum at Women’s Finance Day

Last week, Argentum had the pleasure of attending Women’s Finance Day at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), a event that aims to inspire and empower female students who are interested in pursuing a career in finance. We were delighted to meet so many talented and enthusiastic young women and to share our experience with them.

The first part of the event was a workshop for 30 selected students, where they got the chance to choose between two investment opportunities and present their analysis. We introduced them to Argentum’s investment strategy, and explained how we evaluate potential investments, what criteria is important to us and what challenges we face. The students showed great interest and curiosity.

For the second part of the event – we had a stand at the school and talked to the students about Argentum, private equity and what future opportunities that are worth exploring. We enjoyed the conversations we had, and we hope we inspired some of them to consider a career in private equity.
